What are Brasileirinho Blocks?
Today, as an alternative item in Civil Construction, we have the Brasileirinho Concrete Block, which brings a new perspective to concrete blocks by offering lightness and easy handling by people.
The Brasileirinho is a major innovation in the concrete products segment, as it combines the advantages of concrete blocks but is much lighter and modular, which makes construction even easier and requires significantly less physical effort to handle.
Family of Brasileirinho Concrete Blocks
Modular Brasileirinho Concrete Block:
With its perfect measurements, the Brasileirinho is part of the Modular Construction System, which facilitates the finishing of the work by allowing the entire hydraulic, electrical, and structural system to be embedded. It also combats humidity, improving quality of life. The Modular Brasileirinho is part of the Modular Construction System, an innovation in construction technology.
Structural Modular Brasileirinho Block:
The Brasileirinho, as a structural module, besides being excellent for filling gaps, is a very important element in the building’s structure. The hollow characteristics of the Brasileirinho allow columns to be embedded within the walls, eliminating the need for formwork, saving time, labor, and costs associated with form construction.
Canaleta Brasileirinho Block:
The canaleta module features two holes for the passage of air, electrical installations, plumbing, and rebar through the tie beam. To keep these holes free through the tie beam, PVC pipes are used during concreting, as shown in “Fig. A,” which can be removed after the cement dries. The holes through the tie beam allow the passage of electrical and hydraulic installations as well as air circulation, keeping the walls free from moisture.
How do hydraulic and electrical installations work with Brasileirinho Concrete Blocks?
The holes in the Brasileirinho blocks allow the passage of electrical and hydraulic installations through the blocks themselves, in the same way it is done with ecological soil-cement bricks, also facilitating future installations.
What is the strength of the Brasileirinho block?
The BRASILEIRINHO was created not only to replace common bricks but also to add much more quality and strength to the construction, becoming a product with significantly higher quality and resistance compared to conventional ceramic bricks.
What is the market like for the commercialization of Brasileirinho blocks?
The Brasileirinho’s dimensions perfectly align with the national standards already adopted to facilitate market demand. The measurements of the Brasileirinho are more precise because there is no deformation caused by the heat of firing.
