The Super Produtiva HP 6.4 paver and block machine is more than just a simple concrete block machine. With an impressive 4 tons of compaction force, it’s equipped with two oil-sealed Carter vibrators on the sides and two motor vibrators on the top and bottom of the mold.
During the pressing process, the upper motor vibrator vibrates the block or paver from above, while another vibrator acts directly on the bottom board, in addition to the two side vibrators. This complete vibration system ensures products with an impeccable finish, high resistance, and superior quality.
Besides optimizing performance, this innovative technology allows for considerable cement savings and increases efficiency in concrete block production, reducing costs and maximizing results.
